One-Pot Instant Pot Collard Greens, Carrots, and Pork Tenderloin
Instant Pot Collard Greens, Carrots and Pork Tenderloin are delicious. And makes for the perfect one pot meal. I love being able to get a full meal on the table in a short amount of time.
Saute collard greens in butter on "Saute" for three minutes
Add chicken stock
Add a rack and add the carrots - salt and pepper
Add a rack and add the tenderloin - salt and pepper and top with rosemary
Seal and click on Manual for 15 minutes. May need a few minutes more if you have a super thick piece of pork.
Slow-release and check temp - should be 165'. If necessary, remove veggies and cook the pork on Manual for a few more minutes.
To make this recipe you will need two racks or a basic rack and egg holder - any rack will work.

- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 link of sausage
- ½ pound pork tenderloin
- 2 carrots
- salt pepper
