Only a few ingredients... lemons, eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar, a crust, and whipped cream!
PREP YOUR CRUST
Crimp edges or use fork method an do not prick the pastry!
Cut in small chunks and remove the seeds!
In a blender, mix all of the ingredients together!
– Pour into pie crust and bake on the bottom rack for 40 minutes, add 5-10 minutes if using a smaller pie plate.
