NECESSARY  EQUIPMENT

1. 13x9 baking dish 2. Stand Mixer or Electric Hand Mixer

INGREDIENTS

– Butter or yellow cake mix – Large Eggs – Water – Coconut rum – Crushed pineapple – Butter melted

– Cream of coconut – Pineapple rum – Milk – Heavy whipping cream – Sugar – Flaked coconut toasted

INGREDIENTS

Mix the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and coconut rum until light and fluffy.

While the cake it still hot, pour the milk mixture over the top. The cake is going to soak it up!

Let cool at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, then cool completely in the fridge.

Once the cake is completely cooled Spread or pipe the cream on top of the chilled cake

Garnish with coconut flakes and refrigerate
