Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Put non stick spray in your pan.
Mix the egg and milk together until combined. Add salt and pepper. Mix again.
Add garlic and onion and saute until tender, add spinach and sausage. Cook another 3 minutes.
Move the mixture to the side and spray the pan again, then move it to the other side and spray the other side to ensure the eggs don't stick.
