Apple Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breast is healthy stuffed chicken breast recipe. But healthy doesn't mean it's not delicious! This healthy stuffed chicken breast is definitely tasty and flavorful.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine apple, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Spread half of the apple mixture into the center of the chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
Add butter to a skillet and melt it over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes each side. Add chicken broth and cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
