Cherry Bounce
This traditional whiskey-based takes quite a while to make but cherry bounce cordial is worth the wait! Just add your ingredients to jars and have some patience!

Ingredients
12
oz.
Amaretto
Zest strips from 1 lemon
1
or 2 jars pitted cherries
drained with juice reserved
Fifth of Whiskey
750 ml - quality doesn’t matter
Instructions
Add once ounce of Amaretto and a few lemon peel strips to each jar
Evenly divide cherries into the jars along with 1 to 2 Tbs reserved juice per each jar
Fill jar to the top with whiskey and seal tightly
Put in a dark place for about 6 months, gently shaking every month
