4boneless skinless chicken breast halvespounded 1/4 inch thick
1teaspoonolive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350'
Split and pound the chicken breasts to 1/4" thick.
Mix the cheeses, spinach, and seasoning in a bowl.
Spread out the cheese mixture on the chicken and roll it up. You can either do one lump or spread it out. Then use a string to tie up the chicken breasts.
Put in a pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 165'.
