flour

baking powder

salt

vegan butter
softened
⅓

+ 1 tablespoon sugar

blueberries
fresh or frozen will work

cup
white chocolate chips or shavings
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt - set aside
If using frozen blueberries, thaw the blueberries in microwave for about 1 minute until berries are soft and jam like - let cool
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add in blueberries and mix on high until fully incorporated
Fold in dry ingredients gradually
Mix in white chocolate
Chill dough in freezer for about 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Shape into 12 equal size balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
