Ingredients
1
lb.
large shrimp
peeled & deveined
1/2
teaspoon
cajun seasoning
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt
1
lemon cut in quarters
8
bamboo skewers
soaked in water for 30 minutes or the metal skewers
Instructions
Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F. If using charcoal, you will want to wait until the coals have ashed over and are glowing red.
In a small bowl, mix together cajun seasoning, garlic powder and sea salt. Sprinkle over the shrimp and toss to coat.
Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece of food so that everything can cook evenly.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred around the edges. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
