Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber - peeled deseeded and sliced
  • 1 can large black pitted olives - sliced or whole
  • 1 container feta cheese
  • 1 bag of spinach leaves
  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 jar Greek vinaigrette - or use the homemade recipe above

Equipment

  • Large Storage Container

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a large storage container and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Stir before serving.
