116 oz box macaroni noodles
Instructions
In your Instant Pot, select SAUTE
Crumble the ground beef and brown for a few minutes. Then add the diced onion and green pepper.
If there is a lot of grease drain it. If not don't worry about it.
Turn it OFF. Pour in diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning. Finally, stir in macaroni noodles. Add water. Make sure the noodles are completely covered.
Close the vent and select MANUAL on high for 5 minutes. Once finished, do a quick pressure release.
Open lid and stir. Serve in a bowl topped with cheese.
