Ingredients

extra large sweet potato
cooked and mashed
1
stick butter
melted
½
cup
sugar
½
cup
brown sugar
2
eggs
¼
cup
evaporated milk
1
Tbs
AP flour
½
tsp
pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Pastry for a 9” deep-dish pie
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉
Stir butter into the sweet potatoes
Add sugar and mix until smooth
Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour evenly into pie shell and bake for 1 hour
Cool completely before serving
