Andoiulle
or any other sausage

black beans
or 2 cans
1/2
cups
onion
chopped
1/2
cups
green bell pepper
chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoons
leaf thyme
1/2
teaspoons
leaf oregano
1/4
teaspoons
white pepper
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper

bay leaves

large tomato diced
1
cup
chicken broth

tbsp
tomato paste
1
cup
precooked rice
Instructions
Brown the sliced sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Drain fat and transfer the sliced sausage to the crock pot.
Combine remaining ingredients with sausage in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaves.
Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
