Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the cottage cheese on the crust.
Add the scrambed eggs. Break them up small to cover the entire pizza. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the base, then top with the crumbled bacon and sausage. You don't need a lot of meat for this one!
Scramble the eggs - entire microwave for 2 minutes, stir and microwave a few minutes more. Or you can cook in a skillet.
Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. If you use the crusts I suggest they don't take long at all!
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh chives or parsley. Slice and serve warm.
