Place all meatloaf ingredients in a gallon-size ziploc bag and seal
Massage bag until all ingredients are evenly distributed
Place meat mixture in a standard loaf pan
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix until combined and smooth
Pour sauce over the meatloaf and spread to evenly distribute
Bake for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reaches 160℉ internally
Notes
If you don’t have bread crumbs, you can substitute crushed butter crackers or even quick-cook oatmeal.If you really like the sauce, double the recipe and cook in a 8x8" baking dish; just remember to reduce your cooking time.
