diced

cooked bacon
crumbled

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

diced bell peppers
any color

black pepper

garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add ham, bacon, bell peppers, onion, and 1/3 of cheeses to the egg mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes in the baking dish. Mix the mixture to make sure it is evenly distributed. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
