Instructions
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the oil and garlic, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes, ensuring the broccoli gets evenly coated with oil and garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ground ginger, water, hoisin sauce, and kosher salt.
Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli and stir well to coat.
Continue stir-frying until the sauce thickens and the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot as a side dish or over steamed rice.
