Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add thesauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it among the sauce. Place a burrata ball on top of each chicken breast.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, just until the burrata begins to soften and melt over the chicken.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the chicken and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve hot with a side of crusty bread, pasta, or a simple green salad.
