stems removed

frozen mixed berries
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
1
banana
for creaminess + natural sweetness
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
3/4
cup
almond milk
or any milk you like
1
tablespoon
honey or maple syrup
optional
1
tablespoon
chia seeds or flaxseeds
optional boost
Instructions
Add the kale and milk to the blender first and blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
