  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Ginger beer to top of mug
  • Garnish: mint sprig and lime slices

  • 1 moscow mule mug

Method
 

  1. Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
  2. Add the bourbon and lime juice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with fresh mint and lime!
