Ingredients

pound
seafood
shrimp, scallops, crab, fish

jar marinara sauce
1
jar alfredo sauce
1
onion
diced
1
bell pepper
diced
1
teaspoon
garlic
minced
1
large zucchini or 2 squash
thinly sliced

mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese
shredded

lasagna noodles - oven baked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a pan, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened. Add zucchini slices and cook a few minutes more. Add sauces and cook for 20 minutes.
Add seafood and cook until just done. Remove from heat.
In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce.
Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by seafood mix, and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
