Ingredients
1
lb
seafood – shrimp
scallops, crab
1
ft
long link of sausage – smoked or andouille **optional
1
onion
1
bell pepper
1
tsp
minced garlic
Green onions with top
2
tbsp
butter
olive oil
26
ounces
of tomatoes diced
1
chili pepper – or 1/2 tsp chili flakes
1
can of clams w/ juice
One pinch of sugar

Old Bay, or ProBoil to taste
rice or pasta
Instructions
Saute onions, bell pepper until the onions are translucent. Add garlic and cook for one more minute. Add sausage and saute for a few minutes.
Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, sugar and water and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Add shrimp any other seafood and seasoning and cook for 20 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta!
