Smoked Turkey Caesar Bacon Wrap

Ingredients
2
large flour tortillas
burrito size
1½ to 2
cups
smoked turkey
sliced or shredded
4
slices
bacon
cooked crisp
1½
cups
chopped romaine lettuce
¼
cup
Caesar dressing
or more to taste
¼
cup
shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese
Optional additions
Crushed croutons
Avocado slices
Tomato
Thinly sliced red onion
Fresh black pepper
Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Warm the tortillas for about 10 to 15 seconds so they roll easily without cracking.
Spread Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.
Layer the lettuce, smoked turkey, bacon, Parmesan, and any optional ingredients.
Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
Optional Warm Finish
For a toasted, restaurant-style wrap:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wrap 1 to 2 minutes per side until lightly crisp
or
Air fry at 375°F for 3 to 5 minutes
This warms the filling and gives the tortilla a slight crunch.
