In a blender, add the frozen mango chunks, ripe banana, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, honey and vanilla extract (if using).
Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes at this stage and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and consistency to your liking. You can add more honey for extra sweetness or more milk for a thinner consistency.
Once the smoothie reaches your desired taste and texture, pour it into a glass.
