In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, and honey. Marinade for at least 12 hours.
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F.
Place the pork loin on the smoker and cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the pork is cooked through. The internal temperature should b e 145 degrees F
