Smoked Mojo Pork

Smoked Mojo Pork

Mix your marinade ingredients and marinate your pork for at least 12 hours – 24 is better.

Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, and honey.  Place the pork loin on the smoker and cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the pork is cooked through.  The internal temperature should b e 145 degrees F

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
