Don’t let those little pieces of French fries left in the bottom of the bag go to waste! Instead of tossing them out, put them to good use by adding them to a delicious breakfast casserole!

Those crispy bits can bring extra texture and flavor to your dish, making for a hearty and satisfying meal. Whether you’re using leftover fries from last night’s takeout or the broken pieces from a frozen bag, they can be a perfect base for your breakfast creation.
Tips for Making a Breakfast Casserole with French Fries:
- Layer Wisely: Spread the fries evenly in the baking dish to create a crispy base. If they’re frozen, let them thaw slightly for better texture.
- Add Protein: Incorporate cooked bacon, sausage, or ham for a savory, filling casserole.
- Cheese It Up: A generous layer of shredded cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella, will help hold everything together and add gooey goodness.
- Use Eggs as a Binder: Whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings to pour over the fries and ensure a fluffy texture.
- Boost Flavor: Add onions, peppers, or your favorite spices like paprika or garlic powder for extra taste.
- Make It Ahead: Prep the casserole the night before and bake it in the morning for an easy, no-fuss breakfast.
With these simple tips, you can turn those forgotten fry bits into a delicious and satisfying breakfast that everyone will love.
