Grilled Avocado Chicken Wrap

delicious spinach wraps with creamy filling

This easy Grilled Avocado Chicken Wrap is packed with fresh ingredients and comes together in just minutes. It’s perfect for a quick lunch, light dinner, or meal prep for the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 large spinach wrap
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • ½ cup salad mix or shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1–2 tablespoons adobo mayo

Directions

  1. Warm the spinach wrap for about 10 seconds in the microwave or a dry skillet until it’s soft and easy to roll.
  2. Spread the adobo mayo evenly over the wrap.
  3. Layer the salad mix, grilled chicken, avocado, and shredded cheddar jack cheese down the center.
  4. Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap tightly.
  5. For extra flavor and a crispy exterior, grill the wrap in a skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden and the cheese begins to melt.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Add sliced tomatoes, bacon, or red onion for even more flavor.
  • Swap the cheddar jack for pepper jack if you like a little heat.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, chips, or a side salad for a complete meal.

This wrap is creamy from the avocado, smoky from the grilled chicken, and gets just the right kick from the adobo mayo—an easy meal that’s both filling and fresh.
