Kale & Berry Smoothie
Blend up a refreshing kale berry smoothie packed with antioxidants and nutrients! This easy recipe combines kale, mixed berries, and banana for a naturally sweet, healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen kale stems removed
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
- 1 banana for creaminess + natural sweetness
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk or any milk you like
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds optional boost
Instructions
- Add the kale and milk to the blender first and blend until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
