kale berry smoothie

I’m always on the hunt for great smoothie recipes. Whether it’s for a quick breakfast, a mid-afternoon energy boost, or just something refreshing on a hot day, a good smoothie is basically my go-to. I love finding new combos that are healthy, taste amazing, and don’t require a ton of fancy ingredients. This kale berry smoothie checks all those boxes—it’s nutrient-packed, super simple, and actually tastes good (even with the kale in it).

Tips:

  • Want it colder? Add a handful of ice.
  • Want more protein? Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
  • No kale? Swap with spinach for a milder flavor.
