Heat your Dutch oven on high. Add the bacon grease, onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Add the Sausage. Turn the heat down to medium.

Add the stock and the cabbage and seasoning and cook for 10 minutes or until the cabbage is done.

Move the cabbage mixture to one side and add more butter and let the shrimp cook on one side. Once they are done.
