- 1 ft long link of sausage โ smoked or andouille **optional
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Green onions with top

- 26 ounces of tomatoes diced
- 1 chili pepper โ or 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 can of clams w/ juice
- One pinch of sugar
- JO Old Bay, or ProBoil to taste
