- 1 cup Asiago cheese grated
- 1/2 cup spinach chopped
- ¼ cup Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves pounded 1/4 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350'
- Split and pound the chicken breasts to 1/4" thick.
- Mix the cheeses, spinach, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Spread out the cheese mixture on the chicken and roll it up. You can either do one lump or spread it out. Then use a string to tie up the chicken breasts.
- Put in a pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 165'.
