Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Asiago cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves pounded 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350'
  • Split and pound the chicken breasts to 1/4" thick.
  • Mix the cheeses, spinach, and seasoning in a bowl.
  • Spread out the cheese mixture on the chicken and roll it up. You can either do one lump or spread it out. Then use a string to tie up the chicken breasts.
  • Put in a pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 165'.
  • Serve with rice or veggies.
