- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 lemon cut in quarters
- 8 bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes or the metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F. If using charcoal, you will want to wait until the coals have ashed over and are glowing red.
- In a small bowl, mix together cajun seasoning, garlic powder and sea salt. Sprinkle over the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece of food so that everything can cook evenly.
