Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon cut in quarters
  • 8 bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes or the metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F. If using charcoal, you will want to wait until the coals have ashed over and are glowing red.
  • In a small bowl, mix together cajun seasoning, garlic powder and sea salt. Sprinkle over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece of food so that everything can cook evenly.
  • Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred around the edges. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
