This Kamado Joe Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin recipe is fantastic. We love it because its super easy to make and tastes great!

How to Assemble a Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin:

Coat the tenderloin with seasoning.
Precook the bacon for a few minutes until it is about halfway done
Start at one end and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Wrap it around the tenderloin.
Grab another piece and start where the other ends. Put a toothpick in.
Repeat until the tenderloin is covered.

Kamado Joe Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Preheat your Kamado Joe to 225 with the smoking plates in place. Use cherry or apple wood. Hickory will work as well!

Place meat in the smoker and smoke till the internal temperature is 145F, about 2 ½ to 3 hours. Remove and wrap to keep juicy!

  • Kamado Joe

Ingredients
  

  • 7 slices bacon approximately 10 ounces
  • 2-3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoon honey mustard dijon works too
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Kamado Joe to 225 with the smoking plates in place. Use cherry or apple wood. Hickory will work as well!
  • Cook the bacon in long strips for a few minutes - halfway cooked. You can just microwave it for a few minutes or pan fry it.
  • Pat pork dry with paper towels
  • In a small bowl, mix mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves into the mustard.
  • Layout the pork loin. Drizzle a few tablespoons of the sauce on the pork. DO NOT touch the spoon to the pork.
  • Wrap the bacon around the pork tenderloin
  • Place meat in the smoker and smoke till the internal temperature is 145F, about 2 ½ to 3 hours.
