Kamado Joe Smoked Pork Ribs are the perfect addition to any backyard barbecue. These ribs are smoked to perfection and are sure to be a hit with your guests.

Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

To make the perfect smoked pork ribs, start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. Then, season the ribs with your favorite spices. I recommend using a mix of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the rack of pork ribs in the smoker and smoke for 2 hours. Timing will depend on the size of the ribs. Start watching at an hour and a half. If the meat is pulling away from the bone they are ready to be wrapped.

Wrap the ribs in tin foil and add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to each packet. Cook for 30 minutes to an hour.

After the hour is up. Unwrap the ribs and brush the ribs with the sauce and continue smoking for another 20 minutes to glaze

  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • After the hour is up. Unwrap the ribs and brush the ribs with the sauce and continue smoking for another 20 minutes to glaze
